The only think i ... The only think i can think of that plugs into you "computer" would be the Janus, but thats based off of tor to. Tor is very hard to trace, and it's not illegal. Tor encrypts your? traffic, then realys it though random peoples machines, so when it gets t the end it's pretty much impossible to trace back. And tor can't do anything because they dont run the severs.
